Data Deletion Instructions
If you are a SentinelOS business customer
- Send an email to privacy@sentinelos.pro with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the name of your business, the email associated with your SentinelOS relationship, and sufficient information to identify the connected account or data you want deleted (for example the relevant business account or phone-number identifier).
- We may ask you to verify that you are authorized to act for the business before processing the request.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymize data under our control that is covered by the request, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or contractual retention obligations.
If you are an individual who communicated with a business using SentinelOS
The business you communicated with generally controls that customer relationship and determines why the communication is processed. Please contact that business first to request access, correction or deletion. If you cannot identify or reach the business, email privacy@sentinelos.pro and tell us which business or phone number you communicated with and enough information for us to locate the relevant controller. We will assist or route the request as appropriate.
What happens after a request
We will acknowledge valid requests and process them within the timeframe required by applicable law and our obligations to the relevant business customer. Where deletion cannot be completed immediately because information must be retained for legal or security reasons, we will restrict its use to the relevant purpose and delete or anonymize it when retention is no longer necessary.
Removing a connected integration
A SentinelOS business customer may also revoke SentinelOS access from the relevant third-party platform or business account settings. Revoking an integration stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete data already processed by SentinelOS. To request deletion of stored data, use the email process above.
